Most dysfunctional store I've ever seen. Called to check on an order and got transfered 4 times, first time being customer service. Never getting the area I needed, so I hung up and called back again. Got customer service several times again and transfered to an area that I had not asked for, then back to customer service. Someone needs to update your phone system! So instead of getting my information over the phone, I actually had to go in the store to get to find out when my order was to arrive.
